Cloud Compute of the best cloud provider
- These virtual machines run atop shared vCPUs, and are suitable for many business and personal applications: low traffic websites, blogs, CMS, dev/test environments, small databases, and much more.
- Choose High Performance or High-Frequency plans for the newer generations of AMD or Intel CPUs, along with NVMe SSD.
- High Performance
- Powered by new generations of AMD EPYC or Intel Xeon CPUs and NVMe SSD.
- High Frequency
Powered by 3GHz+ Intel Xeon CPUs and NVMe SSD.
- Regular Performance
Powered by previous generation Intel CPUs and regular SSD.
- Optimized Cloud Compute
- These virtual machines run atop fully dedicated, new-generation AMD EPYC vCPUs. Dedicated vCPUs ensure that these machines deliver the fast, consistent performance that many business applications require.
- General Purpose
- Often a good starting point, these VMs provide a typical balance of CPU, RAM, and NVMe SSD resources.
- Use cases: web and application servers, E-Commerce, game servers, video, and audio streaming, API serving, relational databases
CPU Optimized
- For compute-bound applications, these VMs provide proportionally more CPU than they do RAM and NVMe SSD.
- Use cases: video encoding, batch processing, CI/CD, high-performance computing (HPC), ad serving, analytics processing
- Memory Optimized
- For memory-bound applications, these VMs provide proportionally more RAM than they do CPU and NVMe SSD.
- Use cases: open source databases e.g. MySQL, in-memory databases and caches (e.g. Memcached), real-time analytics
- Storage Optimized
- These VMs provide especially generous amounts of NVMe SSD storage to accompany a typical balance of CPU and RAM.
- Use cases: large nonrelational databases e.g. Cassandra and MongoDB, high-frequency online transaction processing (OLTP)
- Cloud GPU
- The Vultr Talon platform makes accelerated computing affordable and easy to use. In just minutes, provision VMs with fractional NVIDIA GPUs.
- NVIDIA A100
- Delivering unprecedented acceleration and powering the world’s highest-performing AI, data analytics, and HPC workloads.
NVIDIA A40 of the best cloud provider
- Combining professional graphics with powerful compute and AI, to meet today’s design, creative, and scientific challenges.
- Bare Metal
- These machines provide direct access to the full power of the underlying physical hardware without a virtualization layer. On our platform, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of a real, physical server, with the convenience and simplicity of Vultr automation. Bare metal servers are also single-tenant only which means that only you will have full access to the resources of your server.
- Direct Connect
- Privately connect Vultr to other cloud service providers, colocation facilities, or on-premises data centers.
- Kubernetes Engine
- Vultr Kubernetes Engine provides the control plane free of charge. In comparison, the Big Tech clouds typically charge at least $70 per month for the control plane in their managed Kubernetes services.
- When using Vultr Kubernetes Engine, you only pay for underlying worker nodes, as well as associated resources, e.g. Block Storage and Load Balancers.
Databases
- MySQL
- The world’s most popular open-source relational database. It stores and retrieves data of all sizes for your business applications.
- PostgreSQL
- PostgreSQL – This open-source object-relational database system has more than 30 years of active development and a reputation for reliability, feature robustness, and performance.

What I Like/Dislike About Vultr :
Like as the best cloud provider
One of the biggest advantages of vaulters -Is best Cloud Provider simplicity. Almost no learning required. Its user experience is ry smartly designed so that you can quickly access the features you need. Vultr is pay-as-you-go, so I spend very little money on very high-profile servers for study days.
It has VNC capabilities. And Vultr’s machine will correctly identify its own public IP.
Hence, it is very suitable for learning, testing and deploying open source applications So for me, using Vultr is great for learning, developing, experimenting, trying new projects Its server environment is almost ideal.
It’s fair to say: if an application doesn’t work well on Vultr, it won’t work well anywhere else.
So for me, using Vultr is great for learning, developing, testing, trying new projects. Its server environment is almost ideal. It’s fair to say: if an application doesn’t work well on Vultr, it won’t work well anywhere else.
- You can take control of your infrastructure
- Using a single portal, you can access servers, settings management, support, and much more.
Dislike
But Vultr also has some disadvantages: no Hong Kong, no support for large scale, no support for database services, etc.Not a very good network experience from Vultr, especially in China.0
